Bill Fredericks, MS, CPT-ACSM

Bill Fredericks has BS in exercise science and a MS in nutritional science from Florida State University. Bill is also a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and a Teaching Assistant (TA) at FSU. Bill has taught Science of Nutrition as well and Anatomy and Physiology I at FSU for the last two years as he finishes his research in the Department of Food, Nutrition, and Exercise Sciences. Through course work and continuing education, Bill stays up to date on current trends in the health and fitness world. As a former competitive athlete Bill enjoys the confidence and well being that can be attained by physical activity and has enjoyed teaching others how they can achieve this in their own lives. Bill had dedicated his time to teaching a progressive plan towards personal health and fitness to his clients and anyone who wishes to improve their current lifestyle. Bill believes that a little know-how and a lot of discipline can go a long way for every individual and wants all to know that health and fitness can be fun and fresh when you take the time to learn how.
