Jon Lox, RD, ACSM-CPT
Jon is a Registered Dietitian who also specializes in results-oriented personal training.
He is pursuing a MS degree in Sports Nutrition at FSU while collaborating with the athletic staff to share professional experiences. He employs the latest proven techniques and information from the collegiate and professional sports industry to optimize health and fitness for the competitive and non-competitive alike.
Jon’s dietetic and physical training experience mainly comes from working in the hospital environment where long-term health and safety are emphasized. He has practical experience working with diabetics, weight loss, children, clients with cardiovascular conditions, and competitive athletes wishing to take the next step.
His training style is proven and effective. He empowers his clients to master their goals using reassurance not intimidation. He creates a tailored fitness plan implemented with a positive attitude and confidence in his clients’ abilities and effort.
Jon’s philosophy is sound nutrition and exercise is a natural part of life and an integral part of our day. It is a lifestyle that needs our care and attention so we consistently make time for it. It is an experience we enjoy to make ourselves and those we care about proud.
