Our small group sessions are 5o minutes of full body core training in groups of 4 or less and incorporate all elements of fitness. Work to strengthen your core through total body fitness at either of our locations in Tallahassee.

Our Core 7 Performance group training program will not only get your core in shape, it will also assist in increasing functional strength, athletic performance, and muscle toning. The premise of this fitness program is to elevate your overall functional ability and strength in a safe and progressive manner. Giving you the ability to do what you want without having any undue stress or harm to the body (decrease injuries).

This is a well-rounded, effective fitness program that integrates classical Pilates mat principles with progressive core movements using Indo Yoga Board and Pilates Reformer. Pilates Indo-Reformer fuses core training, flexibility training, strength, and yoga to encourage a total body workout experience within a secure motivating environment. The small group workout is great for improving flexibility, mobility, and toning your body for a lean strong look.
