Flexibility is essential to moving efficiently, and factors that affect flexibility can present themselves at any point during our lives. Factors like age, occupation, past injuries, level of activity, and fatigue can all play a role in our flexibility. Movement restrictions due to these factors can arise suddenly with the onset of pain or slowly over time. Integrating a flexible practice into your daily life can be VITAL in continuing to move pain-free and with ease.
Flexibility therapy has three components: Myofascial, Restoration, and FlexiMobile . These components may be used individually or together in a session based on your flexibility needs.
Myofascial Release is a flexibility technique that focuses on the body's neural and fascial systems. Systems play an essential role in the support and function of our bodies since they surround and attach to all our structures. In the normal healthy state, the fascia is relaxed and wavy in configuration. It can stretch and move without restriction. Fascial restrictions affect our flexibility and stability and determine our ability to withstand stress (like workouts!) and perform our daily activities.
Flexibility Restoration - Corrective and Active flexibility techniques integrate scientific-based stretching with myofascial releases for the specified areas of need to achieve further gains in range of motion. The combination of myofascial release and hands-on stretching helps address the issues that can come on acutely, along with treating and preventing those that come on over time.
FlexiMobile unites movement, flexibility, and motor control with integrative mobilizations that address joint and muscle restrictions.
When helping others learn to move and feel their best, it is essential to identify common movement faults that lead to injury. During this service, we work to decrease movement restrictions with banded movement mobilizations, floss compression/voodoo bands, and coaching movement with proper form will make mechanical inefficiencies automatically disappear and the chance for potential injury to lessen.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid-infrared, and far infrared. With the addition of near and mid-infrared, you will get the maximum benefits of sauna use.
Near-infrared is the shortest wavelength and will be absorbed just below the skin's surface, creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization.

Using compressed air to massage your legs or arms, mobilize fluid, and speed healing and recovery, the boots feel like deep pressure, relaxing massage to your legs. Initially feeling like a blood pressure cuff around your foot, the boots inflate and relax in segments to mimic the body's natural muscle pump to mobilize waste products and enhance lymphatic drainage.
